Ottoville House is a single-story bungalow project designed and supplied by DEEPBLUE SMARTHOUSE for American Samoa in 2026. With an overall footprint of approximately 23.3 × 11.6 meters, the residence combines a traditional bungalow-style living concept with a practical, symmetrical floor plan designed for family life in a tropical island environment.

Project Overview
 

A Central Layout Designed for Family Living

The main entrance is positioned along the center of the house. Entering through this central section, residents move through a sequence of shared spaces, including the living room, kitchen, dining area, and bathroom, with a bedroom positioned toward the rear.

The central zone acts as the shared heart of the home. It connects the entrance with the living and dining areas and provides access to the kitchen, bathroom, and rear bedroom.

The left wing has its own entrance and includes a living area, dining space, and an open kitchen. Further inside are two bedrooms with bathrooms, creating a more private residential section.

The right wing follows a similar arrangement, creating a balanced layout on the opposite side of the central axis.

This configuration gives Ottoville House the flexibility to function as a large family home while also allowing different areas of the house to operate more independently.
