Sandwich Panel Isolation Wards Mobile Field Hospital Customized Size Good Insulation Performance
COVID-19’s rapid spread has strained hospital resources across the globe. Personal protective equipment isn’t being manufactured quickly enough to keep up with demand, and emergency wings are being forced to prioritize high-risk patients while sending milder cases home. While some hospitals are erecting temporary tents to receive more patients, coronavirus is easily transmitted, which means they don’t just need more space but more areas designed for complete isolation.
In response to this need, Deepblue SmartHouse transforms our own patented foldable housing into emergency MEDICAL ISOLATION CAMP called CUREPOD. This blueprint aims to increase the efficiency with which hospitals can treat ill patients and is designed to be produced and transported to hospitals quickly.

The pod is well designed for container loading transportation. It helps deliver around the world in a very economical way. Each 40hq can load 5units of pods.
30sqm pod can be assembled within 10minutes by 4workers. The house life is over 15years. It can be not only a house but also an emergency MEDICAL ISOLATION CAMP CUREPOD.

The individual ISOLATION CUREPOD will fit 10 patients and be nested in a two 28sqm house. Each CUREPOD will be exactly like a small hospital room, with the standard equipment that is necessary for the patient ward and particularly for respiratory infections.
The POD, which are easily deployed to any location, can be installed quickly—much like preexisting hospital tents.
While each pod can exist as its own island, the CUREPOD system has the potential to expand. It can attach to the pods and create a corridor that connects multiple modules. Some pods can be placed in proximity to a hospital to expand the patient wards capacity, while others could be used to create self-standing field hospitals of varying sizes. the CUREPOD system is more efficient than starting from scratch. When you build a field hospital and then you have
to dismantle it after a few months, that can come with a high cost in terms of sustainability. In the case of CUREPOD, we can easily move the pods, making the entire process easier and quicker.
General Technical Information
The working system for the LT model
Material: Mainframes are made from channel steel and SHS steel. Whole frames are well welded in the factory.
Surface working: all frames are electrical galvanized.
• External protection: 0.25mm steel sheet.
• insulation filling: EPS in a thickness of 30mm among steel transverse supports
• steam blockade: PE foil in a thickness of 80μm
• waterproof fiber cement board in a thickness of 15mm
• PVC floor covering in a thickness of 1.5mm.

Wall panels are made of 50mm with an 8kg density EPS foam sandwich panel. All panels are fixed in the factory and hinged with a roofing panel. The thickness of steel for the panel is 0.35mm outside and 0.35mm inside.

External door: steel, single fold, filled door with opening dimensions of 840X2020mm, furnished with a cylinder lock with 3 keys. The doorframe is made of galvanized steel, with overall dimensions of 900X2045mm, 50mm thick, made of painted sheet metal as the framework
Windows are made of Aluminum. white color, with dimensions 700X1000mm, single glass in a thickness of 4mm, top-hung style.
